Information on our temporary work visa services and fees.

TN Visa - Extended Consultation Services

  • This service provides:

    • Unlimited question & answer consultation done via email only.

    • Timeframe begins the day following completion of this form, and continues for 15/30 calendar days.

    • Responses to questions provided within 2 business days.

    • Only available for individuals with consultations within the past 30 days, unless otherwise approved by our office.

    • Service does not include phone/video calls (visit our site to schedule).

    • Service does not involve the review/drafting of paperwork/application forms.

    • Attorney fee earned upon Attorney's reply to first question asked.

    • Attorney accepts a limited amount of consultations each month, and is reserving time during this 15- / 30-day period in order to respond to your questions.

    • $250 flat fee for 15-calendar day consult.

    • $500 flat fee for 30-calendar day consult.

    • Consult fees NOT credited to any legal service below.

TN Visa - Legal Drafting Services

  • Representation Limited To:

    • Drafting of detailed TN Support Letter for employer to sign.

    • For applicant to present to USCBP at POE/border (Canadian) or at US Embassy (Mexican)

    • Written instructions for employer to prepare TN Support Letter.

    • Written instructions for applicant to prepare for filing application at U.S. port-of-entry (Canadian) or U.S. Embassy/Consulate (Mexican).

    • All services require preliminary 1-hour consult. Consult fee NOT credited.

    • Includes up to 30 minutes of email correspondence time (useable up until filing of application).

    • $650 flat fee standard case (e.g. job title matches TN category & degree in TN category).

    • $1,000 flat fee for atypical case (e.g. job title does not match TN category or degree not in TN category) OR Management Consultant, Scientific Technician, System Analyst case.

    • Consult fee NOT credited to this service.

    • Completed within 5-10 business days from receipt of all info requested.

    • Rush cases require additional fee.

    • Government filing fees not included.

    • For Canadian citizens filing at the USCBP port-of-entry/border

    • Includes drafting of Employer TN Support Letter (described above).

    • Cover Letter to U.S. immigration outlining eligibility.

    • Application packet with supporting evidence.

    • Interview preparation.

    • Approval Memo outlining new status.
