TN Visa - Legal Drafting Services

  • Representation Limited To:

    • Drafting of detailed TN Support Letter for employer to sign.

    • For applicant to present to USCBP at POE/border (Canadian) or at US Embassy (Mexican)

    • Written instructions for employer to prepare TN Support Letter.

    • Written instructions for applicant to prepare for filing application at U.S. port-of-entry (Canadian) or U.S. Embassy/Consulate (Mexican).

    • All services require preliminary 1-hour consult. Consult fee NOT credited.

    • Includes up to 30 minutes of email correspondence time (useable up until filing of application).

    • $500 flat fee standard case (e.g. job title matches TN category & degree in TN category).

    • $800 flat fee for atypical / complicated case (e.g. job title does not match TN category or degree not in TN category) OR Scientific Technician, System Analyst case.

    • $1,000 flat fee for Management Consultant case.

    • Consult fee NOT credited to this service.

    • Completed within 5-10 business days from receipt of all info requested.

    • Rush cases require additional fee.
