USCIS INCREASES PREMIUM PROCESSING FEE

The cost to premium process TN visa I-129 petitions (e.g. for initial petitions for Canadians, or Changes of Status, or Changes of Employers) and other visas is going up. USCIS is increasing the premium processing fee to $1,410 effective 10/1/18.
