On April 28, 2006, our office obtained TN professional status under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) in the category of Engineer for our client as a Software Engineer where he will design, develop, and engineer large-scale, high-traffic web applications and software solutions.
The company in this case was an innovator of next-generation Internet search engine and software technologies used to help companies sift through resumes on the web. Our client possessed a Master of Computer Science degree and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering. He also had over nine years experience in the engineering, design, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex software products and web based applications.
