Revised I-9 Form Now Available

USCIS announced today that a revised Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9) is now available for use. According to this notice, “[e]mployers are encouraged to start using the revised Form I-9 immediately.” Review the revised I-9 Form and the Handbook for Employers, Instructions for Completing the Form I-9.
