Consult Fee Payment Credit, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

• Our office provides a variety of consultation services on a fixed fee basis.

• The amount of the consultation fee depends upon the type of consultation.

• Payment for your consultation is required by credit card at the time of booking.

• If your hire our office for one of our full legal service offerings, your consultation fee may be credited toward your legal fee if you engage our office within 10 business days of your consultation appointment.

• The consultation fee is 100% refundable if you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

• If you choose to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your consultation fee.

• If you fail to appear for your consultation appointment and provide no notice, you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your consultation fee.
